Orders & Payment * Orders may be placed online via our official website. * Payments are accepted via secure online gateways. We accept major credit/debit cards, local bank transfers, or payment on delivery. * For select eligible items and locations, customers may inspect the product upon delivery before completing payment. If the customer is not satisfied, they may return the item immediately at no charge. --- ## 4. Shipping & Delivery * Standard domestic delivery time is 5–10 working days depending on your location and product type. * International shipping is available for selected items. Warranty & Repairs * We offer a 3-month craftsmanship warranty on all wooden items. * This covers structural damage caused by production flaws. * Natural changes such as warping or cracking due to improper storage (e.g., humidity, exposure to sunlight) are not covered. --- ## 7.
